Funding For The York Neighborhood Association

YNA is a not-for-profit organization funded by donations from neighborhood residents and business supporters. Project grants from the City of Bellingham's Small & Simple Grant program have helped to fund park improvements, neighborhood signs, public events, and historic preservation work.
