Funding For The York Neighborhood Association

YNA is a not-for-profit organization funded by donations ( member donation form ) from neighborhood residents and business supporters . Project grants from the City of Bellingham 's Small & Simple Grant program have helped to fund park improvements, neighborhood signs, public events, and historic preservation work.
