The meeting was called to order at 7:45 by Lynn Torno, Secretary. A quorum was not present (8 persons attended), so no official meeting was held. However, an informal meeting was held to discuss fundraising plans for Franklin Park. In addition, those present indicated a strong interest in getting going on the Rock Hill project. They would like to hear a status report at the next meeting, and plan a work party for January or February. Those present also expressed an interest in trying to work with the city and perhaps Frank Muljat to get a pedestrian cross-walk installed between Humboldt and Grant Streets on Lakeway.
