The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. with a quorum present. The bylaws were amended by unanimous vote to delete requirement that monthly meetings be held. Vice-President Wally Dunn then gave a report on the status of the Rock Hill project -- the Parks Department is taking on completion of the project as modified to fit within the allotted grant funds. Donna Grasdock then gave an update on the Franklin Park project -approximately $441 has been raised toward the balance of the project over and above CDAB grant funds. The next item on the agenda was election of officers. Tom Scott replaced resigning president Michael Chiavario; the remaining three officers retained their seats; all votes were unanimous. The next item of business was discussion of plans for 1991. Ideas included raising the balance of the money needed for Franklin Park, Spring Cleanup, contacting the city about the street closure barricades that are nonexistent. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
